The invention provides an aluminium alloy anti-climbing energy-absorbing device and a high-speed bullet train anti-climbing system. The aluminium alloy anti-climbing energy-absorbing device comprises anti-climbing teeth, a guide device, a porous energy absorbing sectional material piece, a first energy-absorbing sectional material end plate and a second energy-absorbing sectional material end plate. The aluminium alloy anti-climbing energy-absorbing device has an energy-absorbing effect and a deflection and climbing prevention effect. The anti-climbing teeth and the guide device are made of carbon steel, and the guide device penetrates through a porous gap of the porous energy-absorbing sectional material piece to be fixedly connected with the anti-climbing teeth. The porous energy-absorbing sectional material piece is placed between the two end plates, and the second end plate is made of aluminium alloy and is connected with the porous energy-absorbing sectional material piece in a welding mode. The guide device is penetrated by two H-shaped beams. Preferably, the porous energy-absorbing sectional material piece is of the structure that nine holes are formed in a pulling mode at a time and the holes are connected by transverse bars. The installed and welded energy-absorbing sectional material piece is connected with the anti-climbing teeth through a bolt. The stable and orderly deformation of the structure ensures that huge impact kinetic energy can be absorbed when collision happens to trains, the safety of driver and passenger space is guaranteed, meanwhile, the train climbing phenomenon during the collision of the trains can be effectively avoided, and the purpose of low weight is further achieved.
