The invention discloses a combined energy-absorbing anti-creeping device which comprises an anti-creeping toothed plate, a combined energy-absorbing pipe, a structural base and a flange seat fixedly connected with the front end face of a vehicle, the flange seat is connected with the structural base, and the combined energy-absorbing pipe and the anti-creeping toothed plate are used for axial positioning. One end of the combined energy absorption pipe is connected with the anti-climbing toothed plate, and the other end of the combined energy absorption pipe is connected with the structure base; the combined energy absorption pipe comprises a composite material energy absorption pipe located on the outer side and a metal thin-wall energy absorption pipe located on the inner side. The device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, high energy absorption efficiency, stable working force value, convenience in manufacturing and the like.
