The invention discloses a comprehensive positioning method for a rail flaw detection car, and the method comprises the following steps: assembling a GPS positioning device, a laser ultrasonic excitation device and a high-speed camera device on the rail flaw detection car, and then enabling the rail flaw detection car to move along a to-be-detected rail; the laser ultrasonic excitation device emits pulse laser to the surface of the to-be-detected steel rail to obtain laser ultrasonic detection data; the high-speed camera shooting device shoots the surface of the to-be-detected steel rail to obtain digital image signal data, and the laser ultrasonic detection data and the digital image signal data are fused together to judge the damage condition of the to-be-detected steel rail; laser ultrasonic detection data and digital image signal data are fused and displayed through a display device. According to the comprehensive positioning method for the steel rail flaw detection car, laser ultrasonic detection data and digital image signal data are conveniently fused together through the laser ultrasonic excitation device and the high-speed camera device, and the damage condition of the to-be-detected steel rail is judged.

    本申请公开了一种钢轨探伤车综合定位方法,所述综合定位方法包括如下步骤:在钢轨探伤车上装配了GPS定位装置、激光超声激发装置和高速摄像装置,然后钢轨探伤车沿着待检测钢轨运动;激光超声激发装置发射脉冲激光至所述待检测钢轨的表面,得到激光超声检测数据;且高速摄像装置对待检测钢轨的表面进行拍摄,得到数字图像信号数据,激光超声检测数据和数字图像信号数据融合在一起,判断待检测钢轨的伤损状况;激光超声检测数据和数字图像信号数据融合通过显示装置进行展示。该种钢轨探伤车综合定位方法,便于通过激光超声激发装置和高速摄像装置将激光超声检测数据和数字图像信号数据融合在一起,判断待检测钢轨的伤损状况。
