The invention discloses a telescopic hinged supporting leg structure which comprises a fixed supporting leg, a movable supporting leg embedded in the fixed supporting leg, a horizontal oil cylinder used for pushing the movable supporting leg to move horizontally and a hinged assembly installed in the movable supporting leg, and a hinged hole allowing the hinged assembly to stretch out is formed in the movable supporting leg. Connecting holes corresponding to the hinge holes in position are formed in the fixed supporting legs; when the movable supporting leg extends out of the fixed supporting leg and reaches a set position, the hinge assembly extends out of the hinge hole and extends into the connecting hole to hinge the fixed supporting leg and the movable supporting leg. The movable supporting leg and the fixed supporting leg which completely extend out are hinged through the hinge assembly, and the connection stability of the movable supporting leg and the fixed supporting leg is improved; meanwhile, compared with a lap joint mode, the connecting length needed by the movable supporting leg and the fixed supporting leg is shortened, and the transverse span of the supporting legs of the crane is effectively increased under the condition that the length of the movable supporting leg is not increased; the hinge assembly is arranged in the box-shaped structure of the movable supporting leg, no extra space is occupied, the structure is simple, and operation is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种伸缩式铰接支腿结构,包括固定支腿、嵌套于固定支腿内的活动支腿、用于推动活动支腿水平移动的水平油缸,还包括安装于活动支腿内的铰接组件,活动支腿上开有供铰接组件伸出的铰接孔,固定支腿上开有与铰接孔位置对应的连接孔;当活动支腿伸出固定支腿并到达设定位置时,铰接组件伸出铰接孔并伸入连接孔以铰接固定支腿和活动支腿。本发明通过铰接组件对完全伸出的活动支腿和固定支腿进行铰接,提高活动支腿与固定支腿连接的稳定性;同时相较于搭接方式,活动支腿与固定支腿所需的连接长度缩短,在不增加活动支腿长度的情况下,有效增加起重机支腿横向跨距;铰接组件设置于活动支腿箱型结构内部,不占用额外空间,结构简单且操作便利。
