A telescopic supporting leg comprises an ejector rod, an annular end cover, a sleeve, an annular cage, steel balls, a spring and a cam shaft. An inner cavity of the sleeve comprises a minor-diameter part, a major-diameter part and a conical part, and the minor-diameter part and the major-diameter part are in transition connection through the conical part; the annular end cover is fixed to the end of the major-diameter part of the sleeve, and the ejector rod penetrates through an inner hole of the annular end cover and is coaxially installed in the inner cavity of the sleeve; the annular cage is installed on the ejector rod in a sleeving mode and is provided with multiple steel ball embedding through holes, and the steel balls are installed in the steel ball embedding through holes; the spring is installed on the ejector rod in a sleeving mode and located between the steel ball cage and the annular end over; a cam shaft through hole is formed in the wall of the conical part of the sleeve, the cam shaft is installed in the cam shaft through hole, and the cam part of the cam shaft is located above the annular cage. The supporting leg is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to operate telescopically, a main leg body and an extending leg body can be locked without an extra screw, and the telescopic supporting leg is durable.
