The invention provides a telescopic supporting rod which structurally comprises a supporting rod head part, a bend part is formed at the end part of the supporting rod head part, the bend part can hook and pull a rope body, an inner concave part is formed in the middle of the supporting rod head part, and the inner concave part can clamp the corner part of an object; and the telescopic rod is connected with the head part of the supporting rod. The telescopic supporting rod can solve the problem of how to avoid danger or injury of operators in the hoisting operation process.
