The invention discloses a multi-vehicle discharging power distribution method and device for an electric vehicle charging and discharging station, and the method comprises the steps: calculating SOCp in a statistical time period through employing a Monte Carlo algorithm, and enabling a difference value between an initial SOC value SOCb of an electric vehicle and the SOCp to serve as SOCl; calculating the V2G capacity of the single electric vehicle in the statistical time period according to the SOCl and the forced guaranteed capacity; further obtaining a V2G capacity curve of the charging and discharging station in the statistical time; according to the V2G capacity curve, the V2G capacity of the charging and discharging station within the discharging time required by the dispatching instruction is obtained, if the dispatching electric quantity requirement is met, the current SOCV2G of the electric vehicle is calculated, and according to the discharging power, the limitation of the maximum discharging frequency and the constraint condition of the total discharging power, an objective function is set to achieve the purpose of minimizing the objective function; and calculating the discharge power of each automobile, and controlling each automobile to discharge according to the calculated discharge power.

    本申请公开一种电动汽车充放电站的多车放电功率分配方法及装置,方法包括:使用蒙特卡洛算法计算统计时段内SOCp,将电动汽车的初始SOC值SOCb与SOCp的差值作为SOCl;根据SOCl以及强制保电量计算统计时段内单辆电动汽车的V2G容量;进而得到统计时间内的充放电站的V2G容量曲线;根据V2G容量曲线获得充放电站在调度指令要求的放电时间内的V2G容量,如果满足调度电量要求,则计算电动汽车当前SOCV2G,按照放电功率、最大放电次数的限制、总放电功率的约束条件,设定目标函数,以使得目标函数最小化为目的,计算出每辆汽车的放电功率,按照计算的放电功率控制各汽车进行放电。
