The invention relates to an intelligent forklift monitoring system, which belongs to the technical field of intelligent security and protection and comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a three-dimensional data model of a transferred workpiece through three-dimensional scanning equipment; s2, searching the position of a centroid point in the three-dimensional data model; s3, a displayer on the forklift displays the position of the mass center point of the transferred workpiece in real time; s4, displaying a relative image of the mass center point of the workpiece and the pre-forking position of the front fork on a display in a forklift cab in real time; s5, the driver inserts a front fork of the forklift into the pre-forking position, and the accurate weight of the transferred workpiece is obtained through a weight collecting method; and S6, storing the acquired accurate weight of the workpiece and the acquired three-dimensional data model of the workpiece into a back-end cloud platform, and meanwhile, correspondingly recording the operating forklifts. A driver can be conveniently assisted to transfer workpieces through the front forks, the situation that the workpieces fall off and are damaged due to weight unbalance loading of the two sides of the front forks is prevented, the left front fork and the right front fork of the forklift can be evenly stressed, and the obtained weight of the transferred workpieces is more accurate.

    本发明涉及一款叉车智能化监测系统,属于智能安防技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、通过三维扫描设备获取转运工件的三维数据模型;S2、查找三维数据模型中质心点的所处位置;S3、叉车上的显示器实时显示出转运工件质心点所处的位置;S4、叉车驾驶室内显示器上实时显示出工件质心点与前叉预叉位置的相对图像;S5、驾驶员将叉车的前叉插入预叉位置,通过重量采集方法获取转运工件的精确重量;S6、将采集到的工件精确重量和工件三维数据模型存储到后端云平台中,同时对运行的叉车进行对应记录。便于辅助驾驶员利用前叉转运工件,防止前叉两侧发生重量偏载,造成工件掉落形成损坏,还可以使叉车左右前叉受力均匀,使获取的转运工件重量更加精确。
