According to the crane variable-amplitude steel wire rope tensioning method, a variable-amplitude tensioning mechanism comprises a left variable-amplitude tensioning winch and a right variable-amplitude tensioning winch, and the two ends of a variable-amplitude steel wire rope are fixed to the left variable-amplitude tensioning winch and the right variable-amplitude tensioning winch respectively. The variable-amplitude steel wire rope is alternately wound on the corresponding top variable-amplitude guide pulley and the corresponding end variable-amplitude guide pulley after the direction of the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is changed through the left variable-amplitude wide-groove guide pulley and the right variable-amplitude wide-groove guide pulley, and when the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is disordered or a crane is installed, the variable-amplitude steel wire rope synchronously rotates in different directions through different steel wire rope pre-tightening force through the left variable-amplitude tensioning winch and the right variable-amplitude tensioning winch. Therefore, the variable-amplitude steel wire rope can be correctly arranged on the winch of the variable-amplitude tensioning winch. According to the design, the phenomena of rope disorder, rope biting, rope squeezing, rope collapsing and rope grinding on the variable-amplitude steel wire rope can be quickly recovered, and the rope arranging effect can be effectively improved by changing the tension force of the steel wire rope in each working cycle.

    一种起重机变幅钢丝绳张紧方法,变幅张紧机构包括左变幅张紧绞车及右变幅张紧绞车,变幅钢丝绳的两端分别固定在左变幅张紧绞车及右变幅张紧绞车上,变幅钢丝绳通过左、右变幅宽槽导向滑轮改变方向后交替绕设在其对应的顶部变幅导向滑轮及端部变幅导向滑轮上,在变幅钢丝绳出现乱绳等问题或起重机安装时,通过左、右变幅张紧绞车以不同的钢丝绳预紧力进行同步异向旋转,使得变幅钢丝绳可以在变幅张紧绞车的绞盘上正确排布。本设计不仅可以快速恢复变幅钢丝绳上发生的乱绳、咬绳、挤绳、塌绳及磨绳现象,而且可以通过改变各工作循环中的钢丝绳张紧力,有效提高排绳效果。
