The invention discloses an amplitude changing rope tensioning mechanism for a tower crane and relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment. The mechanism comprises a trolley cross beam, a crank main body, a driving gear, a driven gear, a tensioning wheel main body and a sliding shaft, wherein the driving gear is connected behind the crank main body, one side of the driving gear is in engaged transmission to the driven gear, the crank main shaft is n transmission connection with the driven gear via the driving gear, the back side of the driven gear is in transmission connection with a pair of the tensioning main bodies arranged in parallel, and a sliding shaft clamped with the tensioning wheel main body is arranged above the side of the tensioning main body. The mechanism solves problems that in the rope tensioning process of the existing amplitude changing rope tensioning mechanism for the tower crane, the rotating angle of the tensioning wheel can be adjusted in position for many times, it is time-wasting and has potential safety hazards in a crowbar using process, and the amplitude changing rope tensioning mechanism for the tower crane is relatively high in labor intensity in the rope tensioning process and is relatively low in humanization degree by means of a transmission operation of only a level.

    本发明公开了一种塔机变幅绳张紧机构,涉及机械设备技术领域。本发明包括小车横梁、摇把主体、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、张紧轮主体和滑动轴,所述摇把主体后方连接有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮一侧啮合转动有从动齿轮,所述摇把主体通过主动齿轮与从动齿轮、传动连接,所述从动齿轮后方与一对相互平行设置的张紧轮主体传动连接,所述张紧轮主体一侧上方设置有与所述张紧轮主体卡合的滑动轴。本发明解决了现有的塔机变幅绳张紧装置紧绳过程中需多次对位调整张紧轮旋转角度,耗时多且使用撬棍过程中存在安全隐患,以及塔机变幅绳张紧装置紧绳过程劳动强度较大,靠单一杠杆传动操作,人性化程度较低的问题。
