The invention relates to a hydraulic constant tensioning device and method for a variable-amplitude steel wire rope of a tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of tower cranes. Comprising a hydraulic oil cylinder, a base, a pulley yoke, a tensioning wheel and a variable-amplitude steel wire rope, the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is wound out of a mechanism winding drum and penetrates through the tensioning wheel to be connected with a loading trolley, the tensioning wheel is installed on the pulley yoke through a pin shaft, the pulley yoke and the end of a piston of the hydraulic oil cylinder are fastened through a bolt set, and a cylinder body of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed to the base of an arm support. The hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic tensioning system, and when the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is loosened and droops, the hydraulic tensioning system can detect that the pressure of the rod cavity is reduced, so that oil liquid is automatically compensated, the piston is contracted, the pressure in the cavity is constant, and the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is automatically tensioned under the driving of the piston of the hydraulic oil cylinder. Meanwhile, quantitative indexes of pressure in the hydraulic oil cylinder cavity are fed back to the tower crane safety monitoring platform in real time through a sensor, so that an operator can monitor the running state of the hydraulic oil cylinder at any time.

    本发明涉及一种塔机变幅钢丝绳液压式恒定张紧装置及张紧方法,属于塔机技术领域。包括液压油缸、底座、滑轮架、张紧轮和变幅钢丝绳,变幅钢丝绳从机构卷筒绕出,穿过张紧轮与载重小车相连,张紧轮通过销轴安装在滑轮架上,滑轮架与液压油缸活塞端部通过螺栓组紧固,液压油缸缸体固定在臂架的底座上,所述的液压油缸连接有液压张紧系统,当变幅钢丝绳松弛下垂时,液压张紧系统能检测到有杆腔的压力下降,从而自动补偿油液,使得活塞收缩,腔内压力恒定,变幅钢丝绳在液压油缸的活塞带动下实现自动张紧,同时液压油缸腔内压力量化指标通过传感器实时反馈至塔机安全监控平台上,供操作人员随时监控液压油缸运行状态。
