The invention discloses a hoisting type digital positioning tool and method for aircraft power distribution equipment assembly, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly. The device comprises a five-degree-of-freedom attitude adjusting system and a vision measurement system. The five-degree-of-freedom attitude adjustment system is used for performing attitude adjustment control on the power distribution equipment to realize butt joint installation of the power distribution equipment and the machine body frame; the vision measurement system is used for measuring hole position deviation and calculating posture adjusting deviation. The problems that the design space of an airplane is narrow, measurement and installation operation are extremely difficult and the like are solved, and flexible butt joint of parts with the high-precision fork lug hole pin connection relation can be achieved. The posture adjusting system achieves five-axis linkage through digital high-precision control, the positioning precision is high, the automation degree is high, the production efficiency and safety are high, damage to fasteners is reduced, and the burden of workers is relieved. According to the tool, a rigid tool and a flexible tool are combined, so that the assembly of similar structure products of different airplanes can be completed, and the assembly period of the airplanes is greatly shortened.

    本发明公开一种用于飞机配电设备装配的吊装式数字化定位工装及其方法,属于飞机装配技术领域。装置包括五自由度调姿系统和视觉测量系统;五自由度调姿系统用于对配电设备进行调姿控制,实现配电设备与机身框的对接安装;视觉测量系统用于测定孔位偏差,并计算出调姿偏差。本发明克服飞机设计空间狭小,测量和安装操作极为困难等问题,可以实现高精度叉耳孔销连接关系的零部件柔性对接。调姿系统采用数字化高精度控制实现五轴联动,定位精度高,自动化程度高,生产效率和安全性高,减少紧固件损伤,减轻工人负担。该工装采用刚性工装和柔性工装相结合方式,可以完成不同飞机类似结构产品的装配,大幅度缩短飞机的装配周期。
