A sliding frame assembly and a positioning assembly are slidably connected above the base assembly, and a lifting mechanism for lifting the power distribution equipment is arranged at the tail end of the base assembly; the sliding frame assembly is used for conveying the power distribution equipment and the positioning assembly to the position above a mounting position together. The positioning assembly is used for performing fine-tuning control on the power distribution equipment; the vision measurement system is installed on the positioning assembly and used for measuring the hole position deviation of the installation hole, calculating the posture adjustment deviation and feeding back the posture adjustment deviation to control the positioning assembly to conduct fine adjustment on the power distribution equipment. 本发明公开一种用于飞机配电设备装配的托举式数字化定位工装及其方法,涉及飞机装配技术领域。工装包括底座组件、滑动架组件、定位组件和视觉测量系统;底座组件上方滑动连接有滑动架组件和定位组件,末端设有用于升降配电设备的升降机构;滑动架组件用于将配电设备和定位组件一同送入安装位置上方;定位组件用于对配电设备进行微调控制;视觉测量系统安装于定位组件上,用于测定安装孔的孔位偏差、计算出调姿偏差并反馈控制定位组件对配电设备进行微调。本发明采用刚性工装和柔性工装相结合方式,可以快速重构调整定位器以便适应不同的产品外形,可以完成不同飞机类似结构产品的装配,大幅度缩短飞机的装配周期。
