The invention relates to the technical field of brake control, and provides a brake control method, a brake control device and an operation machine. The braking control method comprises the following steps that based on the fact that a service braking pedal is in an emergency treading state, it is determined that the operation machine is in an emergency braking state; on the basis that the internal pressure of the suspension air bag is within a target pressure threshold value, it is determined that the operation machine is in a heavy-load state; and based on the fact that the operation machine is in the emergency braking state and the heavy load state at the same time, the suspension air bag is controlled to communicate with a braking air chamber so that the height of the operation machine can be reduced, and the emergency braking speed of the operation machine can be increased in an auxiliary mode through the suspension air bag. By means of the brake control method, in the heavy load and emergency braking process of the operation machine, the gravity center height of the operation machine can be reduced, the stability of the operation machine is improved, and the possibility that the operation machine rolls over is reduced; and the original emergency braking speed of the operation machine can be improved in an auxiliary mode.

    本发明涉及制动控制技术领域,提供了一种制动控制方法、制动控制装置及作业机械。制动控制方法包括以下步骤:基于行车制动脚踏处于紧急踩踏状态,确定作业机械处于紧急制动状态;基于悬架气囊的内部压力处于目标压力阈值内,确定所述作业机械处于重载状态;基于所述作业机械同时处于所述紧急制动状态及所述重载状态,控制所述悬架气囊与制动气室连通,以降低所述作业机械高度,并通过所述悬架气囊辅助提升所述作业机械的紧急制动速度。通过这种制动控制方法,作业机械在重载且紧急制动的过程中,不仅能够降低作业机械的重心高度,提升作业机械的稳定性,降低作业机械发生侧翻的可能性;还能够辅助提升作业机械原有的紧急制动速度。
