The invention discloses an independently-suspended short high-precision differential driving unit which comprises a driving unit mounting frame, at least two damping assemblies and at least two driving wheel assemblies, the two damping assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the driving unit mounting frame, and the two driving wheel assemblies are mounted on the two damping assemblies correspondingly; each damping assembly comprises a driving mounting plate which is vertically arranged, and the driving mounting plate is parallel to the side wall of the driving unit mounting frame; the upper end of the shock absorber is hinged to the top of the side wall of the driving unit mounting frame, the lower end of the shock absorber is hinged to the lower end of the driving mounting plate, and the shock absorber is obliquely arranged; the two ends of each swing arm assembly are hinged to the side wall of the driving unit mounting frame and the driving mounting plate respectively. The device is high in precision, free of maintenance and wide in application, a drive unit damping suspension structure is simplified, the overall installation height is reduced, and the drive unit steering precision is improved.
本发明公开一种独立悬挂的矮型高精度差速驱动单元,包括:驱动单元安装架、至少两减震组件和至少两驱动轮组件,两减震组件设于驱动单元安装架的两侧,两驱动轮组件分别安装于两减震组件上;每一减震组件包括:驱动安装板,驱动安装板竖直设置,驱动安装板与驱动单元安装架的侧壁平行设置;减震器,减震器的上端与驱动单元安装架的侧壁的顶部铰接,减震器的下端与驱动安装板的下端铰接,减震器倾斜设置;至少两摆臂组件,每一摆臂组件的两端分别与驱动单元安装架的侧壁、驱动安装板铰接。本发明高精度免维护应用广泛,简化驱动单元减震悬挂结构,降低整体安装高度,提升驱动单元转向精度。
