According to the unmanned aerial vehicle traffic dispersion system based on visual identification, traffic congestion road conditions are positioned through navigation, and after the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to arrive, whether congestion occurs or not is judged according to the density difference of vehicles in a region (full lane or a certain lane) by using a visual target identification and clustering method; according to different types of congested road conditions, dispersion intervention is carried out through airborne laser lamp projection and loudspeaker voice, and vehicles are guided to be orderly shunted in advance in a larger range through backward movement of a queue-jumping and lane-merging blocking point, lane projection, warning character display, voice prompt and the like by virtue of a grating, so that uncivilized queue-jumping vehicles are limited, accidents and faults are warned, and the traffic safety is improved. The traffic nodes are dispersed, and the traffic efficiency is improved.
