The invention discloses a guided wave flaw detection method and application of the guided wave flaw detection method in flaw detection of crane components, relates to a quality safety detection technology, and provides a flaw detection method for crane components, especially for relatively regular target objects (crane components) such as a box girder of a box girder type crane. Guided wave data fed back by ultrasonic guided waves are detected through the constructed detection neural network, the damage condition of a target object can be preliminarily judged, remote quality management and monitoring of crane components are achieved, and particularly, background management personnel can perform remote quality monitoring on the crane components when the crane is idle in work or stops working due to abnormal conditions. According to the scheme, the quality condition of the stressed part of the crane can be known in time through remote flaw detection monitoring, the method can be used for regular flaw detection and quality inspection of the crane, the damage condition of the crane can be monitored in real time when temporary abnormal conditions happen to the crane, and a guarantee is provided for reliable work of the crane.

    本发明公开了导波探伤方法及其在起重机部件探伤中的应用,本方案涉及质量安全检测技术,提出了一种用于起重机部件的探伤方法,尤其是对于箱梁式起重机的箱形梁此类相对规则的目标对象(起重机零部件)而言,通过构建的检测神经网络对超声导波反馈的导波数据进行检测,能够对目标对象的损伤情况进行初步判断,实现起重机部件的远程质量管理和监测,尤其是后台管理人员能够在起重机工作闲时或发生异常而工作停止后,及时通过远程探伤监测来对起重机受力件的质量情况进行了解,本方案不仅可以用于起重机的定期探伤质检,而且也可以在起重机临时异常状况发生时,对其进行即时监测损伤情况,为起重机的可靠工作提供保障。
