The invention provides a turnout switch rail fracture early warning test method, and belongs to the technical field of turnout switch rail monitoring. The method includes the following steps that firstly, multiple sets of sensors are installed at the bottom of a track of a switch rail; 2, train wheels run on the switch rail, and when the train wheels run to the point x1 at the time t1, the rail bottom strain value and the dynamic strain of the point x1 are detected through a sensor; and 3, when the train wheels run to the point x2 at the time t2, the rail bottom strain value and the dynamic strain of the point x2 are detected through a sensor. According to the method, real-time detection can be carried out on change of switch rail fracture, generation of cracks of the switch rail can be found in time, early warning is carried out before fracture, automatic detection and early warning can be achieved in the detection process, and a traditional low-efficiency and high-cost manual operation mode is eliminated.

    本发明提供了一种道岔尖轨断裂预警测试方法,属于道岔尖轨监测技术领域。包括有以下步骤:步骤一:在尖轨的轨道底部安装多组传感器;步骤二:列车车轮在所述尖轨上运行,当所述列车车轮在t1时间运行到x1点时,通过传感器检测轨底应变值,x1点的动应变;步骤三:所述列车车轮在t2时间运行到x2点时,通过传感器检测轨底应变值,x2点的动应变。该方法可以实现对尖轨断裂的变化进行实时检测,及时发现尖轨裂纹的产生,在断裂前进行预警,在检测过程中可以实现自动检测及预警,摆脱传统的低效率、高成本的人工作业方式。
