The invention discloses a turnout point rail fracture monitoring system and method, and the method comprises the steps: firstly installing a sensor on a detected point rail through a clamp tool, and enabling the sensor to be used for transmitting and collecting signals, and enabling the sensor to be connected to a signal transmitting device and data collection equipment of trackside equipment through an SMA coaxial cable; an industrial personal computer is used for starting data acquisition equipment to prepare data acquisition, a signal transmitting device is controlled to transmit a broken rail monitoring signal to the surface of a steel rail, the broken rail signal is transmitted on the surface of the steel rail, and the data acquisition equipment completes acquisition of the broken rail monitoring signal by using a receiving sensor on the steel rail. And the collected broken rail monitoring signals are stored in industrial personal computer equipment, data analysis is carried out, and an analysis completion result is pushed to a server and a client through a 4G router/switch. Rail bottom penetration, rail head penetration and steel rail breakage monitoring of the point rail/point rail are achieved. And online real-time rail breakage monitoring of the high-speed turnout switch rail and the point rail is realized.

    本发明公开的一种道岔尖心轨折断监测系统及方法,首先利用夹具工装在被测的尖轨\心轨上安装传感器用于发射信号和采集信号,通过SMA同轴线缆连接到轨旁设备的信号发射装置和数据采集设备上;利用工控机启动数据采集设备准备数据采集,控制信号发射装置通过将断轨监检测信号发射到钢轨表面上,断轨信号在钢轨表面上进行传播,数据采集设备利用钢轨上的接收传感器完成完成断轨监测信号的采集,将采集的断轨监测信号存储到工控机设备中,并进行数据分析,分析完成的结果通过4G路由/交换机推送到服务器和客户端。实现了尖轨/心轨的轨底贯穿、轨头贯穿、钢轨折断断轨监测;实现了高速道岔尖轨\心轨的在线实时断轨监测。
