The invention relates to a vibration source identification test method for a turnout switch rail mounting device. The device comprises an indication rod (1), a switch rail (2), a joint (3), tip iron (4), a switch machine (5), a supporting plate (6), a vibration acceleration sensor (7) and a data acquisition instrument (8). The indication rod (1) is in bolted connection with the point switch (5), the point switch (5) is in bolted connection with the supporting plate (6), the indication rod (1) is connected with the connector (3) through a shaft sleeve and a nut, and the connector (3) is connected with the tip iron (4) through a bolt; the tip iron (4) is connected with the switch rail (2) through a bolt; and the vibration acceleration sensor (7) is connected with the data acquisition instrument (8) through a sensor wire. According to the vibration source identification test method for the turnout switch rail mounting device, historical data is not needed, and the direction of the vibration source can be rapidly identified directly through test data, so that field maintenance personnel can master the key direction of maintenance, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种道岔尖轨安装装置振源识别测试方法,包括:表示杆(1)、尖轨(2)、接头(3)、尖端铁(4)、转辙机(5)、托板(6)、振动加速度传感器(7)、数据采集仪(8);表示杆(1)与转辙机(5)、转辙机(5)与托板(6)均为螺栓连接,表示杆(1)与接头(3)通过轴套和螺母连接,接头(3)与尖端铁(4)通过螺栓连接;尖端铁(4)与尖轨(2)通过螺栓连接;振动加速度传感器(7)与数据采集仪(8)通过传感器线连接。这种道岔尖轨安装装置振源识别测试方法无需历史数据,直接通过测试数据能够快速识别出振源方位,使现场维护人员能够掌握维护的重点方向,提高维护效率。
