The invention discloses a universal movement driving wheel mechanism which comprises a main body frame and a steering wheel set, the steering wheel set is rotationally connected to the middle of the main body frame, two centrosymmetric driving assemblies are installed on the main body frame, and each driving assembly comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a speed reduction gear set and a driving wheel which are sequentially in transmission connection. The steering wheel set comprises a wheel set center disturbance base, the wheel set center disturbance base is rotationally connected with the main body frame, and a bearing is arranged on the wheel set center disturbance base. Power is transmitted to the driving wheels to drive the equipment to move through transmission of the reduction gear combined reducer by the control motor, and the driving wheel mechanism rotates around the bearing when the two driving wheels are in differential driving, so that universal movement of the equipment is realized; the trafficability of the equipment is improved; the driving wheel mechanism quickly responds to the up-down movement process when passing through an uneven road surface; and the trafficability of the equipment and the site adaptability of the equipment are improved.
