The invention discloses an inflation-free rigidity-variable liquid metal tire, and relates to the technical field of tire design and manufacturing, and the inflation-free rigidity-variable liquid metal tire mainly comprises a tread pattern, a tread, a rigidity-variable supporting structure and a tire inner ring; the tread is connected with the tire inner ring through the variable-rigidity supporting structures, and the variable-rigidity supporting structures are evenly distributed between the tread and the tire inner ring in the circumferential direction. The variable-rigidity supporting structure is composed of a hollow polyurethane shell, liquid metal in a cavity and an electric heating device, and the rigidity of the tire is adjusted based on the solid-liquid phase change characteristic of the liquid metal. The concept of the liquid metal tire is provided for the first time, and the variable stiffness function of the tire is achieved by means of the solid-liquid phase change characteristic of liquid metal. The liquid metal tire can adjust the temperature of the liquid metal through the electric heating device so as to change the rigidity of the tire; and the solid-liquid conversion time is short, and the rigidity switching amplitude is large. The method is suitable for design and manufacturing of vehicles with variable stiffness requirements.
