The invention discloses an inflation-free tire, which comprises a tread, an inner ring and a plurality of groups of bumps, the plurality of groups of bumps are radially distributed between the tread and the inner ring, each group of bumps is hollow, and the adjacent groups of bumps are integrally connected to form an annular cavity; a concave part is formed at the connecting position of the adjacent groups of bumps, the concave part forms a tightening inner brim corresponding to the inner wall of the annular cavity, the top outline of the inner wall of each group of bumps correspondingly forms an expansion outer brim of the annular cavity, and the walls of each group of bumps form an arc-shaped extension surface which is integrally connected between the tightening inner brim and the expansion outer brim; and a tire wall connected between the tire tread and the inner ring is formed between the tightened inner brim of the annular cavity and the top of the bulge outer wall. Therefore, a plurality of groups of bumps are arranged between the tread and the inner ring, so that the width of the tire wall of the tire is increased, and a plurality of elastic bearing units which are tightly connected with one another and powerfully support one another are formed, so that the overall bearing capacity, the impact resistance and the driving comfort of the tire are improved.

    本发明公开一种免充气式轮胎,其包括胎面和内环及多组鼓包,该多组鼓包呈放射状分布于胎面和内环之间,且每组鼓包内部中空,相邻组鼓包之间一体相连形成环形腔体;相邻组鼓包之连接位置形成凹陷部,该凹陷部对应环形腔体内壁形成收紧内檐,每组鼓包内壁顶部轮廓对应形成环形腔体之扩展外檐,每组鼓包之包壁形成一体连接于收紧内檐和扩展外檐之间的弧形延展面;环形腔体之收紧内檐与鼓包外壁顶部之间形成连接于胎面和内环之间的胎壁。因此,通过于胎面和内环之间设置多组鼓包,增加了轮胎胎壁宽度,并形成了多个相互紧密连接且相互有力支撑的弹性承载单元,从而提高了轮胎的整体承载能力、抗冲击性和行驶舒适性。
