The invention provides a configuration method and device for electric drive software on an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a configuration code preset in the electric drive software is obtained; storing the configuration code into an NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) of a main control chip of the motor controller; when it is detected that the driving motor controller is awakened, reading a configuration code from the NVM; adaptively adjusting the configuration code according to an operation environment of a driving motor controller on the electric vehicle to obtain a target configuration code; wherein the target configuration code at least comprises communication configuration and operation configuration; and performing initialization configuration on the electric drive software according to the target configuration code. Therefore, the method and the device can automatically identify the running environment in which the electric drive is located, avoid developing software of various rack versions, reduce the software development workload, reduce the maintenance and management difficulty, avoid the risk of mistakenly refreshing the software, automatically adapt to different procedures and improve the factory offline efficiency.

    本申请提供一种电动汽车上电驱软件配置方法及装置,该方法包括:获取在电驱软件中预先设置的配置码;将配置码存储至电机控制器主控芯片的NVM存储器中;当检测到驱动电机控制器被唤醒时,从NVM存储器读取配置码;根据电动汽车上驱动电机控制器的运行环境对配置码进行适应性调整,得到目标配置码;其中,目标配置码至少包括通信配置和运行配置;根据目标配置码对电驱软件进行初始化配置。可见,该方法及装置能够自动识别电驱处于的运行环境,避免开发各种台架版本的软件,降低了软件开发工作量,降低了维护管理难度,避免了误刷软件的风险,且能够自动适应不同的工序,提升了工厂下线效率。
