The invention discloses a towing rigging retracting and releasing system for a semi-submersible wind power platform. The towing rigging retracting and releasing system comprises the wind power platform; the rigging retracting and releasing assembly is fixedly connected to the top end of the platform side stand column; the rigging suspension assembly is fixedly connected to the top end of the platform center stand column; the two ends of the towing rigging are fixedly connected to the side ends of the two adjacent platform side stand columns respectively, a towing rigging triangular plate is arranged in the middle of the towing rigging, the rigging winding and unwinding assembly releases a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is connected to the rigging hanging assembly in a guiding mode and then is connected with the towing rigging triangular plate, and the rigging hanging assembly is provided with a tying point. According to the rigging take-up and pay-off assembly, the steel wire rope is connected with the towing rigging triangular plate through guiding of the rigging hanging assembly, and the towing rigging is rapidly put down and taken up by releasing the steel wire rope; meanwhile, after the rigging is recycled, the mooring point can lock the towing rigging, and the situation that a winch steel wire rope is stressed for a long time is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于半潜式风电平台的拖航索具收放系统,包括:风电平台;索具收放组件,索具收放组件固定连接于平台边立柱顶端;索具悬挂组件,索具悬挂组件固定连接于平台中心立柱顶端;拖航索具,拖航索具两端分别固定连接于两个相邻的平台边立柱侧端,拖航索具中部位置设置有拖航索具三角板,索具收放组件释放钢丝绳,钢丝绳经过导向连接至索具悬挂组件后与拖航索具三角板连接,索具悬挂组件设置有系固点。本发明索具收放组件将钢丝绳通过索具悬挂组件的导向与拖航索具三角板连接,通过释放钢丝绳实现拖航索具的快速下放及回收;同时在索具回收完成后,系固点还可实现对拖航索具的锁死功能,避免绞车钢丝绳长时间受力。
