A three-opening type transport ship cargo hold is adopted for collecting and releasing an ocean submersible vehicle, two rotating shafts are arranged at the top of the transport ship cargo hold, and the two sides of the side of the transport ship cargo hold are connected with the two rotating shafts correspondingly; watertight voids are arranged on the two sides of the bilge of the cargo hold of the transport ship, and winches are arranged in the watertight voids; the cargo ship bottom of the transport ship is of an open structure, and two ends of the cargo ship bottom are connected with the winches through steel cables. According to the method for collecting and releasing the marine submersible vehicle, the influence of sea stormy waves on the transport ship during operation is reduced, the transport ship can work under the sea condition of more than six levels, the operation window period is prolonged, it is guaranteed that the marine submersible vehicle is collected and released safely and efficiently, and the production and operation cost of the ship is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种海洋潜器收放方法,属于船舶与海洋工程的技术领域,包含将海洋潜器从深海区域回收至运输船货舱的回收作业步骤和将海洋潜器从运输船货舱卸放至作业位置海面下的卸放作业步骤。采用三开体式运输船货舱收放海洋潜器,运输船货舱顶部设有两个转动轴,运输船货舱舷侧两侧分别与两个转动轴连接;运输船货舱舭部两侧设有水密空舱,水密空舱内设置有绞车;运输船货船底为开体式结构,其两端分别与绞车通过钢缆连接。本发明提供的海洋潜器收放方法降低了运输船在作业时受到海上风浪的影响,使运输船可以在六级以上海况下作业,延长作业窗口期,保证安全且高效完成海洋潜器的收放工作,并降低了船舶的生产和运营成本。
