The invention provides an automatic loading device for a towing cone retracting and releasing system ground test, which comprises a support frame and a controller, a winch is slidably sleeved in the support frame, a right-angle speed reducer and a servo motor are arranged on the outer side of one end of the support frame, and a magnetic powder brake is arranged on the outer side of the other end of the support frame. The output end of the magnetic powder brake is connected to the other end of the winch through the torque sensor; the right-angle speed reducer is in driving connection with one end of the winch through the electromagnetic clutch; an automatic cable arranging mechanism is further slidably sleeved with the supporting frame, a steel wire rope is wound on the winch and penetrates through the automatic cable arranging mechanism, and the other axial end of the winch is in synchronous transmission connection with the automatic cable arranging mechanism so that the steel wire rope can be axially wound and arranged on the winch. A tension sensor is arranged on the automatic cable arranging mechanism, the tension sensor and the torque sensor are connected with the input end of the controller, and the output end of the controller is connected with the control servo motor and the control magnetic powder brake. According to the invention, different air resistances of the towing cone can be simulated, the loading capacity is accurately controlled, and the safety performance is high.

    本发明提供一种用于拖锥收放系统地面试验的自动加载装置,包括支撑架和控制器,支撑架内滑动套设有绞盘,支撑架的一端外侧设置有直角减速机和伺服电机,支撑架的另一端外侧设置有磁粉制动器,所述磁粉制动器的输出端通过扭矩传感器连接至绞盘另一端,直角减速机通过电磁离合器驱动连接绞盘一端;支撑架内还滑动套设有自动排缆机构,绞盘上缠绕有钢丝绳穿过自动排缆机构,绞盘的轴向另一端与自动排缆机构同步传动连接使钢丝绳轴向缠绕排列在绞盘上;自动排缆机构上设置有张力传感器,张力传感器和扭矩传感器连接控制器的输入端,控制器的输出端连接控制伺服电机和控制磁粉制动器。本发明可模拟拖锥不同空气阻力,对负载力精准控制,安全性能高。
