The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and discloses a vehicle rearview mirror adjusting method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that the eye position of a driver, a first intersection point between the eye position and a target connecting line and a second intersection point between the body position of the driver and a target horizontal plane are obtained; wherein the target connecting line is the connecting line between the first rearview mirror and the second rearview mirror, and the target horizontal plane is the horizontal plane where the first rearview mirror and the second rearview mirror are located; determining a target included angle between a target line segment from the eye position to the first rearview mirror and a target horizontal plane according to the eye position and the first rearview mirror; determining a first distance value according to the second intersection point and the first intersection point, and determining a second distance value according to the eye position and the second intersection point; and based on the target included angle, the first distance value and the second distance value, determining a target preset adjustment strategy to adjust the angles of the first rearview mirror and the second rearview mirror so as to automatically and quickly adjust the angles to the angles suitable for driving of the driver.
