The invention relates to the field of dump trucks, and provides a chassis system and a mining vehicle, the chassis system comprises an integrated welding frame and a front suspension assembly, the integrated welding frame comprises a longitudinal beam, a cross beam and a box body structure, the front suspension assembly comprises a front suspension oil gas spring and a front suspension connecting rod guide mechanism, and the front suspension connecting rod guide mechanism comprises a front suspension longitudinal push rod and a front suspension transverse push rod. By means of the arrangement, compared with an existing main and auxiliary riveting frame, the integrated welding frame is high in structural strength, the cracking phenomenon of the frame is effectively reduced, the bearing capacity is improved, and the service life is prolonged. The suspension system adopts the hydro-pneumatic spring to replace a plate spring, so that the buffering and damping performance and the structural reliability of the whole machine can be improved, and the defects caused by the plate spring are eliminated. The longitudinal thrust rod can transmit longitudinal force, and the stability of up-and-down jumping of the wheels is ensured. The transverse thrust rod can transmit lateral force, and it is ensured that the chassis moves transversely. Therefore, the stability of the suspension assembly is improved, and the safety of the vehicle in the running and operation process is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及自卸车领域,提供一种底盘系统及矿用车辆,包括一体式焊接车架和前悬架总成,一体式焊接车架包括纵梁、横梁和箱体结构,前悬架总成包括前悬油气簧和前悬连杆导向机构,前悬连杆导向机构包括前悬纵推杆和前悬横推杆。如此设置,采用一体式焊接车架,与现有主副铆接车架相比,其结构强度高,有效减少车架开裂现象,提升承载能力,延长使用寿命。悬架系统采用油气簧代替板簧,可提升整机的缓冲减震性能和结构可靠性,消除由于板簧而带来的缺陷。纵向推力杆能够传递纵向力,确保车轮上下跳动的稳定性。横向推力杆能够传递侧向力,确保底盘横向蹿动。从而提升了悬挂组件的稳定性,保证车辆在行驶和作业过程中的安全性。
