The invention discloses an automobile hydraulic brake boosting control method, which belongs to the technical field of automobile braking, and comprises the following steps: acquiring a vacuum degree sensor signal and a main cylinder pressure signal; judging whether the vacuum degree sensor signal exceeds a set threshold value or not, and if yes, judging that the vacuum degree sensor signal value is invalid; if not, further judging whether the CAN bus signal has a fault related to a bus message or not according to an invalid signal of the vacuum degree sensor signal value; if the braking working condition exists, the magnitude of the main cylinder pressure continues to be judged; if not, judging whether the signal value of the vacuum degree sensor is less than a first set value for starting the vacuum pump for a long time, thereby judging whether a vacuum system fault exists or not and judging whether a hydraulic brake boosting function is started or not. According to the method, the current brake vacuum system and brake vacuum degree signal fault state is judged through reasonable detection function distribution, the hydraulic brake boosting function of the ESC adopts a corresponding disposal strategy, and safety and user experience are improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车液压制动助力控制方法,属于汽车制动技术领域,包括:获取真空度传感器信号及主缸压力信号;判断真空度传感器信号是否超过设定的阈值,若超出,则判定真空度传感器信号值无效;若未超出,则根据真空度传感器信号值无效信号,进一步地判断CAN总线信号是否有总线报文相关的故障;若有制动工况,则继续判断主缸压力的大小;若无制动工况,则判断真空度传感器信号值是否长时间小于真空泵开启第一设定值,从而判断是否存在真空系统故障,判断控制液压制动助力功能是否开启。本发明的方法通过合理的检测功能分配,判断当前制动真空系统以及制动真空度信号故障状态,ESC的液压制动助力功能采用对应的处置策略,提升安全性和用户体验。
