The invention provides austenite light wear-resistant steel as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of light wear-resistant steel. The austenite light wear-resistant steel provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 24 to 27 percent of Mn, 6.50 to 8.10 percent of Al, 0.85 to 1.12 percent of C, 0.10 to 0.30 percent of Si, 0.70 to 1.40 percent of Cr, 0.40 to 0.80 percent of Mo, 0.40 to 0.65 percent of Ni, 0.04 to 0.07 percent of Ce, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of S and the balance of Fe. The result of the embodiment shows that the austenite light wear-resistant steel provided by the invention has the density of less than 6.99 g/cm < 3 >, the yield strength of more than or equal to 588MPa, the tensile strength of more than or equal to 910MPa, the ductility of more than or equal to 52.6%, the KV2 impact energy of more than or equal to 95J at-40 DEG C, and the high impact energy wear resistance improved by more than 30%.

    本发明提供了一种奥氏体轻质耐磨钢及其制备方法和应用,属于轻质耐磨钢技术领域。本发明提供的奥氏体轻质耐磨钢,按质量百分比计,包括:Mn 24~27%、Al 6.50~8.10%、C 0.85~1.12%、Si 0.10~0.30%、Cr 0.70~1.40%、Mo 0.40~0.80%、Ni 0.40~0.65%、Ce 0.04~0.07%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.01%以及余量的Fe。实施例结果表明,本发明提供的奥氏体轻质耐磨钢密度<6.99g/cm3、屈服强度≥588MPa,抗拉强度≥910MPa,延伸率≥52.6%,‑40℃KV2冲击功≥95J,高冲击功耐磨性提升30%以上。
