The invention provides a wear-resistant insulating coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the wear-resistant insulating coating is a single component and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of polyamide-imide resin, 5-15 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder, 5-15 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent and 10-20 parts of an organic solvent, during preparation, the polyamide-imide resin, the polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder, the dispersing agent, the bentonite and the organic solvent are mixed and uniformly dispersed, then the pigment filler and the molybdenum disulfide are added and uniformly dispersed, the defoaming agent and the flatting agent are added after grinding, the viscosity is adjusted after uniform dispersion, and the wear-resistant insulating paint is obtained. The wear-resistant insulating paint prepared by the invention has excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation protection performance, and also has good adhesive force and high hardness.
本发明提供一种耐磨绝缘涂料及其制备方法与应用,为单组分,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂50~70重量份,聚四氟乙烯微粉5~15重量份,二硫化钼5~15重量份,助剂1~5重量份,有机溶剂10~20重量份;制备时将聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂、聚四氟乙烯微粉、分散剂、膨润土和有机溶剂混合并分散均匀,然后在加入颜填料和和二硫化钼后分散均匀,研磨后加入消泡剂和流平剂,分散均匀后调节粘度,即得耐磨绝缘涂料。本发明制备的耐磨绝缘涂料具有优异的耐磨性能、耐热性能和绝缘防护性能,同时具有良好的附着力和高硬度。
