The invention provides a method for preparing a tire sidewall by blending rubber and a polar thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer, which comprises the following steps: mixing and vulcanizing formula materials to obtain a tire sidewall rubber material; the formula materials comprise: 50-90 parts of natural rubber; 10-50 parts of a polar thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer; 30 to 50 parts of carbon black; 10 to 30 parts of white carbon black; 1-3 parts of zinc oxide; 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent; 2-4 parts of an anti-aging agent; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sulfur; 0.5-2 parts of an accelerant; the polar thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer formed by copolymerizing ethylene, alpha-olefin and a polar organic monomer, the mass ratio of the ethylene is more than 50%, and the number of carbon atoms of the alpha-olefin is 3-20. The tire sidewall rubber material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good mechanical properties and excellent aging resistance, and cracks on the tire sidewall can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种橡胶和极性热塑性聚烯烃弹性体共混制备轮胎胎侧的方法,包括以下步骤:采用配方物料,进行混炼和硫化,得到轮胎胎侧胶料;所述配方物料包括:50‑90份天然橡胶;10‑50份极性热塑性聚烯烃弹性体;30‑50份炭黑;10‑30份白炭黑;1‑3份氧化锌;1‑3份硅烷偶联剂;2‑4份防老剂;0.5‑1.5份硫磺;0.5‑2份促进剂;所述极性热塑性聚烯烃弹性体是由乙烯、α‑烯烃和极性有机单体共聚而成的热塑性弹性体,所述乙烯的质量占比在50%以上,所述α‑烯烃的碳原子数为3‑20。通过本发明方法制备轮胎胎侧胶料,具有良好的力学性能和优异的耐老化性能,可减少轮胎胎侧的裂纹产生。
