The invention relates to a synchronous jacking control method and a jacking control method and system based on the synchronous jacking control method, and belongs to the field of hydraulic control. According to the synchronous jacking method, a synchronous control method based on a virtual axis S-shaped curve is provided, the speed of a hydraulic cylinder is controlled by constructing a virtual curve, and synchronous jacking and recycling are achieved; the jacking control method provides a single-cylinder self-detection module, a single-cylinder inching module, a single-cylinder calibration module and a multi-cylinder synchronous control method, wherein the multi-cylinder synchronous control method adopts the synchronous control method based on the virtual axis S-shaped curve. The control system comprises a driving power unit, a claw detection unit and a control system based on the jacking control method, wherein the claw detection unit is used for automatically detecting the state of the claw; and the control system is used for controlling the action of the electro-hydraulic direct-drive driving power unit so as to drive the building machine to be jacked and recycled. The synchronous climbing task of the building machine is completed through one-button operation of the control system operation table.

    本发明涉及一种同步顶升控制方法及基于该方法的顶升控制方法和系统,属于液压控制领域。所述同步顶升方法提供了一种基于虚拟轴S型曲线的同步控制方法,通过构造虚拟曲线控制液压缸速度,实现同步顶升和回收;所述顶升控制方法提供单缸自检测模块、单缸点动模块、单缸标定模块、多缸同步控制方法,其中多缸同步控制方法采用上述基于虚拟轴S型曲线的同步控制方法;所述控制系统包括驱动动力单元、钩爪检测单元以及基于上述顶升控制方法的控制系统,所述钩爪检测单元用于自动检测钩爪状态;所述控制系统用于控制电液直驱驱动动力单元的动作,进而驱动造楼机的顶升和回收。本发明通过控制系统操作台的一键式操作,完成造楼机的同步爬升任务。
