The invention discloses a jacking system speed control method, a controller and a jacking system. The method is applied to a controller of the jacking system, the controller communicates with a proportional valve and a hydraulic pump, the proportional valve is connected with a jacking oil cylinder through a jacking oil way, and the method comprises the steps that jacking parameters, system operation parameters and hydraulic pump outlet pressure parameters at the current moment are obtained in real time; determining a first allowable opening degree of the proportional valve according to the jacking parameter and the operation parameter; determining a second allowable opening degree of the proportional valve according to the jacking parameter and the outlet pressure parameter of the hydraulic pump; the smaller value in the first allowable opening degree and the second allowable opening degree is determined as the target allowable opening degree; and the proportional valve is adjusted to the target allowable opening degree so as to control the jacking speed of the jacking oil cylinder. According to the method, the opening degree of the proportional valve is adjusted in real time on the basis of various parameters obtained in real time in the tower crane jacking process so as to control the jacking speed, intelligent control over the jacking speed of the tower crane is achieved, and the jacking accuracy and safety of the tower crane are improved.

    本申请公开了一种顶升系统速度控制的方法、控制器及顶升系统。应用于顶升系统的控制器,控制器分别与比例阀和液压泵通信,比例阀通过顶升油路与顶升油缸连接,该方法包括:实时获取当前时刻的顶升参数、系统运行参数和液压泵出口压力参数;根据顶升参数和运行参数确定比例阀的第一允许开度;根据顶升参数和液压泵出口压力参数确定比例阀的第二允许开度;将第一允许开度和第二允许开度中的较小值确定为目标允许开度;将比例阀调整为目标允许开度,以控制顶升油缸的顶升速度。本申请基于实时获取的塔机顶升过程中的各项参数实时对比例阀的开度进行调整,以控制顶升速度,实现了对塔机顶升速度的智能控制,提高了塔机顶升的精确度和安全性。
