The invention provides a hydraulic jacking synchronous control device, method and system. The device comprises a plurality of hydraulic actuators, a plurality of position sensors and a PLC, the number of the position sensors is equal to that of the hydraulic actuators, and each hydraulic actuator comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and a proportional valve; each position sensor is installed on the corresponding hydraulic oil cylinder. The position sensor is in optical signal connection with a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the PLC is in electric signal connection with each position sensor, and the PLC is in electric signal connection with each proportional valve. According to the method, a PIDF control algorithm and virtual main shaft synchronous control are used, closed-loop control over the position track of the hydraulic cylinder and master-slave synchronous control with the virtual shaft as the main shaft are achieved, synchronous following errors in the acceleration stage, the constant speed stage and the deceleration stage are reduced, displacement of the hydraulic cylinder is accurately controlled, and hydraulic jacking synchronous precision, operation stability and efficiency are improved; the purchase and maintenance cost is reduced, and popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明提供液压顶升同步控制装置、控制方法及控制系统,装置包括:多个液压执行器、与液压执行器同等数量的多个位置传感器、PLC控制器,液压执行器包括:液压油缸、比例阀;每个位置传感器分别安装在每个液压油缸上;比例阀与液压油缸流通连接,位置传感器与液压油缸的活塞杆光信号连接;PLC控制器分别与每个位置传感器电信号连接,PLC控制器分别与每个比例阀电信号连接。本发明使用PIDF控制算法+虚拟主轴同步控制,实现对于液压缸位置轨迹的闭环控制和以虚拟轴为主轴的主从同步控制,减小加速、匀速、减速阶段的同步跟随误差,精确控制液压缸位移,提高液压顶升同步精度、运行稳定性和效率;并降低采购和维护成本,利于推广应用。
