The invention discloses a fixed wing aircraft rudder deflection angle calibrator which comprises a bottom plate and a pointer fixed on an aircraft rudder through a pointer clamp, one end of the bottom plate is connected with a front support through an adjusting screw, the other end of the bottom plate is connected with two rear supports through adjusting screw rods, tail clamps are installed on the rear supports, and the tail clamps are connected with the front support through adjusting screws. A leveling bubble and a movable plate are arranged on the bottom plate, a dial is fixed on the movable plate, one end of the pointer is clamped on the pointer clamp, and the other end of the pointer is close to scale marks on the dial. According to the invention, the dial is fixed on the empennage of the aircraft, and the pointer is clamped on the rudder of the aircraft and deflects along with the rudder, so that an included angle is formed between the pointer and the graduated scale, and the fixed-wing aircraft rudder deflection angle is calibrated; the device has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in operation and intuition.

    本发明公开了一种固定翼飞机方向舵偏角校准器,包括底板和通过指针夹固定在飞机方向舵上的指针,所述底板一端通过调整螺钉连接有前支架,底板另一端通过调整螺杆连接有两个后支架,后支架上安装有尾夹,所述底板上设有调平水泡和移动板,移动板上固定有刻度盘,所述指针一端夹紧在指针夹上,指针另一端贴近刻度盘上刻度线。本发明通过将刻度盘固定在飞机尾翼,指针则夹持在飞机方向舵上随方向舵偏摆,使指针和刻度尺之间形成夹角,实现固定翼飞机方向舵偏角的校准;具有结构简单,操作方便、直观的特点。
