The invention relates to an energy storage type charging robot braking energy control system and method.The energy storage type charging robot braking energy control system comprises a charging controller, an energy storage battery pack, a charging module, a charging gun, a low-voltage power supply unit, a braking energy detection and control unit and a chassis electric drive system, and the chassis electric drive system comprises a motor controller MCU and a motor M. The low-voltage power supply unit is used for converting high voltage of the energy storage battery pack into low voltage to supply power to the charging module, the charging gun and the motor controller MCU, and the braking energy detection and control unit is arranged at the front end of the motor controller MCU and used for detecting feedback voltage of the motor controller MCU. According to the control circuit, the braking energy detection and control unit is arranged, so that the problem that the low-voltage power supply unit of the system is mistakenly triggered to be subjected to protective power loss due to too high feedback energy of the motor system caused by braking or long downhill in the moving process of the intelligent charging robot is well solved, the stability and reliability of the system are effectively ensured, the cost is low, and the practicability is high. High popularization and application values are realized.

    本发明涉及一种储能式充电机器人制动能量控制系统及方法,包括充电控制器、储能电池组、充电模块、充电枪、低压电源单元、制动能量检测与控制单元以及底盘电驱系统,底盘电驱系统包括电机控制器MCU以及电机M,其中,低压电源单元用于将储能电池组的高电压转化成低电压给充电模块、充电枪、以及电机控制器MCU供电,制动能量检测与控制单元设置于电机控制器MCU前端,用于检测电机控制器MCU反馈电压。该控制电路通过设置制动能量检测与控制单元,较好的解决智能充电机器人在移动过程中因刹车或长下坡而发生的电机系统回馈能量过高误触发系统低压电源单元保护性失电的问题,有效保证了系统的稳定性和可靠性,成本低,具有较高的推广应用价值。
