The invention provides a system and method for an unmanned vehicle to safely pass through a lane in a warehouse, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the configuration, and obtaining the configuration information; analyzing the lane according to the configuration information, and generating a blocking signal or an unlocking signal of the lane; fusing output image results of the multiple cameras; detecting a lane according to the image result to obtain a detection result; and adjusting the driving path of the unmanned vehicle according to the detection result. According to the invention, when the unmanned vehicle for hoisting the heavy object passes above the lane of a truck, a flat car and other vehicles in a warehouse, whether the object exists in the lane is calculated in real time, and the driving path of the unmanned vehicle is adjusted according to the type of the object, so that the danger of falling or collision of the heavy object is avoided.
本发明提供了一种无人行车安全通过仓库内车道的系统及方法,包括:进行配置,得到配置信息;根据所述配置信息解析车道,并生成该车道的封锁信号或者解锁信号;融合多路摄像头的输出图像结果;根据所述图像结果,对车道进行检测,得到检测结果;根据所述检测结果,调整无人行车的行车路径。通过本发明,在仓库内当吊运重物的无人行车从卡车、平板车等车辆的车道上方通过时,实时计算车道内是否存在物体,根据物体类型调整无人行车的行车路径,避免发生重物掉落或者碰撞的危险。
