The invention provides a port machinery equipment monitoring method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring system control information of a port machinery system; extracting corresponding target control information from the system control information according to the equipment type of the target port machinery equipment; in response to a comparison result of the target control information and a preset vibration acquisition condition, acquiring vibration data of the target port machine equipment through a preset sensor; and determining an equipment monitoring result of the target port machinery equipment according to the vibration data. The target control information corresponding to the equipment type in the system control information is utilized, the vibration data of the target port machine equipment can be collected at a proper time, the effectiveness and stability of the collected vibration data are ensured, and therefore the vibration data can be processed more accurately when the vibration data are processed subsequently. The equipment monitoring result of the target port machinery equipment can be obtained more accurately, the effectiveness of equipment monitoring is improved, and thus the risk degree of unplanned failure shutdown of the equipment is reduced.

    本申请提供一种港机设备监测方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质,方法包括:获取港机系统的系统控制信息;根据目标港机设备的设备类型从系统控制信息中提取对应的目标控制信息;响应于目标控制信息与预设振动采集条件的比对结果,通过预设传感器采集目标港机设备的振动数据;根据振动数据确定目标港机设备的设备监测结果。本申请利用系统控制信息中与设备类型对应的目标控制信息,能够在合适的时机采集目标港机设备的振动数据,保证了所采集得到的振动数据的有效性和稳定性,从而在后续在对该振动数据进行处理时,能够更加准确的得到目标港机设备的设备监测结果,提高了对设备进行监测的有效性,从而降低设备的计划外故障停机的风险度。
