The invention relates to an intelligent vehicle control method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a human body alcohol concentration, an in-vehicle alcohol concentration, identity information of a user and a vehicle driving state; the user is a user at a vehicle driving position; based on the human body alcohol concentration and the in-vehicle alcohol concentration, drunk driving detection information of the user is recognized, and based on identity information of the user, identity confirmation information of the user is determined; identifying the drunk driving state of the user based on the drunk driving detection information of the user and the identity confirmation information of the user, and generating a drunk driving processing strategy of the vehicle based on the drunk driving state of the user and the driving state of the vehicle; and based on the drunk driving processing strategy, the vehicle driving state of the vehicle is adjusted, and a vehicle control task is completed. And the safety control risk of the drunk driving vehicle is reduced.
