The invention relates to an autonomous navigation non-contact tracheal intubation mobile robot, and belongs to the field of medical robots. The tracheal intubation mobile robot is composed of an intubation execution system, an environment perception system, a motion control system and a parking system, multiple intelligent robot technologies such as teleoperation force feedback, synchronous positioning and map construction and automatic motion control are integrated, and the robot can start from the outside of an operating room, and the operation efficiency is improved. The whole process that a doctor outside an operating room remotely operates a mechanical arm to complete the operation work of laryngeal mask insertion and catheter feeding and then disengages and leaves the bed is completed, the problem that the operation precision of an existing system is reduced due to movement of the mechanical arm is solved, and the vacancy of autonomous navigation design of a tracheal intubation robot is filled. The non-contact type operation of the whole process from starting outside a ward to leaving after an operation is completed is achieved, and the infection risk of medical staff is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种自主导航的非接触式气管插管移动机器人,属于医疗机器人领域。本发明所述的气管插管移动机器人由插管执行、环境感知、运动控制和驻车系统组成,整合了遥操作力反馈、同步定位与地图构建、自动化运动控制等多项智能机器人技术,实现了机器人自手术室外出发,自主导航至选定床位、由手术室外的医生遥操作机械臂完成喉罩插入、导管进给的手术工作后脱开并离开床位的整体流程,解决了现有系统因机械臂运动而导致手术精度下降的问题,填补了气管插管机器人自主导航设计的空缺,实现了“从病房外启动”到“完成手术离开”的全过程非接触式操作,大大降低了医护人员的感染风险。
