The invention relates to the field of offshore wind power platforms, and discloses an offshore wind power stabilization platform which comprises a floating foundation used for supporting an upper structure of the platform. The mooring system is used for mooring and stabilizing the floating foundation; the number of the liquid storage cabins is at least three, and the multiple liquid storage cabins are embedded in the floating foundation; the liquid flow pipelines are connected with every two adjacent liquid storage cabins, and the liquid storage cabins are connected in series through the multiple liquid flow pipelines; the liquid storage flowing device is used for adjusting the liquid carrying amount of the liquid storage cabins respectively; the plurality of pneumatic pipelines are used for connecting the plurality of liquid storage cabins in parallel to the air pressure valve controller respectively; and the active control system is configured on the platform and is used for monitoring motion data of the platform and respectively controlling the liquid carrying amounts of the plurality of liquid storage cabins. The novel TLCD active stabilization system actively regulates and controls the liquid carrying capacity, adapts to the marine environment in real time, improves the stability, storm resistance and typhoon resistance of the platform, reduces the construction cost and improves the power generation efficiency.
