Comprising a hanging plate of an inverted-U-shaped structure, a steel wire rope and a lifting hook, a protective cylinder is installed on the top of the hanging plate, the bottom end of the steel wire rope extends into the protective cylinder, molten metal is poured into the protective cylinder, the molten metal is used for connecting the steel wire rope and the protective cylinder into a whole after being solidified, an installation pin is connected to the top end of the lifting hook, and a rotating sleeve arranged on the installation pin in a sleeving mode is arranged in the hanging plate. A first inserting hole is formed in the mounting pin in a penetrating mode, and second inserting holes corresponding to the first inserting hole are formed in the two sides of the rotating sleeve. According to the lifting hook, the steel wire rope of the crane is not prone to abrasion and breakage, the hidden danger that the lifting hook falls off is avoided, the lifting hook cannot slide in the horizontal direction, the lifting hook is not prone to shaking in the lifting process, and therefore the lifting stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机用防滑防脱装置,涉及起重机技术领域,解决了起重机钢丝绳的连接处易发生磨损脱落以及吊钩易发生位置滑动的技术问题;包括倒U形结构的挂板、钢丝绳和吊钩,挂板的顶部安装有护筒,钢丝绳的底端延伸至护筒内,且护筒内浇注有金属液,金属液在凝固后用于将钢丝绳与护筒连接为一体,吊钩的顶端连接有安装销,挂板内设有套设在安装销上的转套,安装销上贯穿开设有第一插孔,转套的两侧开设有与第一插孔相对应的第二插孔。本发明不仅使得起重机的钢丝绳不易发生磨损断裂,避免吊钩出现脱落隐患,而且使得吊钩不会发生水平方向的滑动,使得吊钩在起吊过程中不易发生晃动,从而提高起吊的稳定性。
