The winding roller can be limited through the wedge-shaped block, and when the numerical value fed back to the controller by the rotating speed sensor is greatly changed, the controller instantly energizes the electromagnet, so that thrust can be generated on the magnet block, and the movable plate is driven to move upwards; and the wedge-shaped blocks can be clamped on the outer walls of the wedge-shaped teeth, so that the limiting effect is achieved, rotation of the winding roller can be avoided, slipping of the steel wire rope is avoided, and then the situation that dangers occur due to falling of heavy objects is avoided.

    本发明属于吊车领域,具体为一种用于吊车臂内部具有防滑功能的装置,包括伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂的外端固定有限位壳,所述限位壳的内腔转动连接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴的外壁固定套装有导向轮,所述收卷辊的前后侧壁均固定有固定环,所述固定环的外壁固定有多个且均匀分布的楔形齿。本发明通过楔形块能够对收卷辊进行限位,当转速传感器反馈给控制器的数值发生较大变化时,此时控制器会瞬间给予电磁铁通电,从而使得能够对磁铁块产生推力,从而使得带动活动板向上侧移动,从而使得楔形块能够卡在楔形齿的外壁,从而起到了限位的作用,从而能够避免收卷辊回转,从而避免钢丝绳滑脱,进而避免发生重物掉落而发生危险的情况发生。
