When the gear rotates anticlockwise, the lower end of the rotating rod rotates upwards and is separated from the ground. According to the gantry crane, the rotating rod can abut against the ground by adopting the simple linear driver, the moving cylinder, the rack and the gear, so that the gantry crane is prevented from sliding, a rail does not need to be clamped by a rail clamping device, and the rail is not damaged.
本发明公开了一种龙门吊的防滑结构,包括:壳体,其设于龙门吊的下横梁上,两侧开设有让位孔;一对类L形的转动杆,一对转动杆对应转动设于一对让位孔上,转动杆上端位于壳体内,且设有齿轮;直线驱动器,其设于壳体内,直线驱动器的移动端沿竖直方向升降;移动筒,其设于直线驱动器移动端上,移动筒两侧沿竖直方向设有齿条,齿条与齿轮啮合;当齿轮顺时针转动时,转动杆下端向下转动,抵接于地面上;当齿轮逆时针转动时,转动杆下端向上转动,脱离地面。本发明采用简单的直线驱动器、移动筒、齿条和齿轮,就能实现转动杆抵接于地面上,从而防止龙门吊发生滑移,无需利用夹轨器夹设轨道,对轨道无损伤。
