The invention relates to an aircraft balance parameter adjustment test bed and a parameter adjustment method thereof. The aircraft balance parameter adjustment test bed comprises an upper turbojet engine mounting platform, a middle telescopic support, a spherical node and a bottom hemispherical support. The upper turbojet engine mounting platform is elastically connected with the middle telescopic support and the spherical node through a connecting spring and is in sliding connection with the supporting sliding groove through a hydraulic telescopic rod, and the middle telescopic support and the spherical node are in sliding connection with the bottom hemispherical support through disc limiting and hollow cylinder force measuring limiting. The BP neural network model is used for adjusting the angle control PI D parameters and the length control PID parameters of the test bed in real time, the lengths and the angles of the four hydraulic telescopic rods are changed, the turbojet engines are balanced, the total lift force and thrust data of the turbojet engines are fused, the control PI D parameters of the turbojet engines are optimized, and therefore the total lift force and the thrust data of the turbojet engines are optimized. Therefore, the test and application requirements of the turbojet engine aircraft are met, and on the premise that personnel safety and equipment safety are guaranteed, operation is simplified, efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种飞行器平衡调参试验台及其调参方法,包括上部涡喷发动机安装平台、中部伸缩支撑及球形节点、底部半球形支撑;所述上部涡喷发动机安装平台与中部伸缩支撑及球形节点通过连接弹簧弹性连接,通过液压伸缩杆与支撑滑槽滑动连接,中部伸缩支撑及球形节点与底部半球形支撑通过圆盘限位与空心圆柱测力限位滑动连接。利用BP神经网络模型实时调整试验台角度控制PI D参数和长度控制PID参数,改变四个液压伸缩杆的长度和角度,达到涡喷发动机平衡,进而融合总升力和各涡喷发动机推力数据,对涡喷发动机控制PI D参数进行优化,从而满足涡喷发动机飞行器试验与应用的需求,实现了在保证人员安全和设备安全的前提下,简化操作、提高效率、降低成本。
