The invention provides a ship propeller (100), a ship (200) and a control method of the ship propeller (100). The marine propeller (100) comprises: a frame (1) provided with an underwater suspension part (11), the underwater suspension part (11) being provided with a driving rotating shaft (12); the propeller (2) is connected with the driving rotating shaft (12); the guide pipe (3) is connected with the rack (1), and at least part of the guide pipe (3) can move relative to the propeller (2) so as to present a flow guide form or an open form; when the guide pipe (3) is in the flow guide state, the guide pipe (3) surrounds the propeller (2) and is coaxial with the propeller (2). When the guide pipe (3) is in the open state, the guide pipe (3) is located on the water surface, and at least part of the guide pipe (3) forms a wave suppression structure. By arranging the guide pipe (3) capable of moving relative to the propellers (2), the position of the guide pipe (3) can be adjusted according to the rotating speeds of the different propellers (2) so as to form a flow guide form and an open form, so that the propelling structure can be quickly switched between a ducted propeller and a common propeller; therefore, the ship propeller (100) can be matched with different load conditions in time, and the propelling efficiency of the ship propeller (100) is greatly improved.
