The embodiment of the invention provides an electric vehicle thermal management system and a management method thereof, and relates to the technical field of thermal management. The system comprises a power supply device, an electric driving device, a power battery temperature control system, a warm air system, an air conditioning system, a multi-way valve and a loop switcher, the power battery temperature control system is connected with the air conditioning system through the cooler; the air conditioning system is connected with the warm air system through the condenser; heat exchange elements of the power supply device, the electric driving device, the power battery temperature control system and the warm air system are coupled and connected through a multi-way valve; and the multi-way valve is used for responding to a switching instruction sent by the loop switcher according to the current heat management mode to switch the communication state of the internal port so as to switch the flow path relation between the heat exchange elements. According to the embodiment of the invention, the subsystems of the thermal management system are coupled and connected, so that the mutual utilization of heat among the subsystems is realized, the system structure of the thermal management system is simplified, and the energy utilization rate is improved.

    本申请实施例提供一种电动车热管理系统及其管理方法,涉及热管理技术领域。所述系统包括电源装置、电驱装置、动力电池温控系统、暖风系统、空调系统、多通阀和回路切换器;动力电池温控系统通过冷却器与空调系统连接;空调系统通过冷凝器与暖风系统连接;电源装置、电驱装置、动力电池温控系统和暖风系统各自的换热元件之间通过多通阀进行耦合连接;多通阀用于响应回路切换器根据当前热管理模式发出的切换指令进行内部端口连通状态切换,以对各个换热元件之间的流路关系进行转换。本申请实施例通过对热管理系统的各个分系统进行耦合连接,实现各个分系统之间的热量相互利用,从而简化了热管理系统的系统结构并提高了能量利用率。
