One end of the positioning shaft is rotationally connected with the shell, and the other end is fixedly connected with the worm gear; the mounting frame is fixedly connected with the shell, the worm and the forward and reverse motor are arranged on the mounting frame, an output shaft of the forward and reverse motor is connected with the worm, and the worm is meshed with the worm gear; the worm gear is connected with the fixed end of a first electric push rod, and the movable end of the first electric push rod is connected with a wall-climbing suction cup assembly. The fixed end of the second electric push rod is fixedly connected with the shell, and the movable end of the second electric push rod is connected with the other wall-climbing suction cup assembly. The environment acquisition module, the forward and reverse motor, the wall-climbing suction cup assembly, the first electric push rod and the second electric push rod are connected with the control module. The structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the overall weight can be effectively reduced, and the failure rate is low.

    本发明公开的一种吸盘式爬壁装置及具有其的机器人,属于机器人技术领域。方向调节组件包括定位轴、蜗杆、蜗轮、安装架和正反电机;定位轴的一端与壳体转动连接,另一端与蜗轮固定连接;安装架与壳体固定连接,蜗杆和正反电机设在安装架上,且正反电机的输出轴与蜗杆连接,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合;蜗轮与第一电动推杆的固定端连接,第一电动推杆的活动端与一组爬壁吸盘组件连接;第二电动推杆的固定端与壳体固定连接,第二电动推杆的活动端与另一组爬壁吸盘组件连接;环境采集模块、正反电机、爬壁吸盘组件、第一电动推杆和第二电动推杆分别与控制模块连接。本发明的结构简单、设计合理,能够有效降低整体重量,故障率低。
